This special offering will coincide with the grand opening of their new restaurant in Komatsu, which officially opened on November 6, 2025.

During the “First Auction Crab” event held at Kanazawa Port, Kappa Sushi sourced these exceptional Sazae crabs through a competitive bidding process, emphasizing their commitment to quality and sustainability. For two days, from November 8 to November 9, 2025, Kappa Sushi will feature three exclusive dishes made with these premium crabs at four locations in the Hokuriku region, including Ishikawa, Fukui, and Toyama.

- “Ishikawa Sazae Crab Nigiri” for 990 yen
- “Ishikawa Sazae Crab Gunkan” for 790 yen
- “Ishikawa Sazae Crab Miso Soup” for 590 yen
