Infosys and Siemens AG Join Forces to Transform Digital Learning with Generative AI
In a groundbreaking initiative, Infosys, a leader in digital services, has announced an expanded partnership with Siemens AG to enhance digital learning experiences for Siemens employees around the globe. This collaboration aims to leverage Generative AI technology, with a goal to provide over 250,000 employees with personalized and effective upskilling opportunities.
The partnership will integrate Infosys’ generative AI capabilities into Siemens’ learning platform, My Learning World. This platform is designed to be accessible anytime and from anywhere, thereby empowering employees to take charge of their professional development. With features powered by Infosys’ AI-first offerings, such as Topaz and Wingspan, the new digital learning experience is set to redefine workplace education.
One of the key advancements includes an AI-powered knowledge assistant that interacts with learners, providing instant answers and tailored recommendations. Learners will benefit from an AI-assisted content authoring tool, which will produce customized educational materials in multiple languages. Additionally, the presence of an AI chatbot will ensure real-time support for navigating courses, explaining complex ideas, and directing users to other learning resources.
Through these advancements, learners will also have access to a virtual tutor capable of summarizing content, translating information, and personalizing the learning experience based on individual learning styles.
Jenny Lin, Global Head of Learning & Growth at Siemens AG, emphasized the importance of fostering a robust learning environment.
