The video showcases the Fruits Zipper members—Amane Tsukiashi, Suzuya Chinzei, Yui Sakurai, Ruka Nakagawa, Mana Manaka, Karen Matsumoto, and Noel Hayase—in original costumes designed to reflect the essence of freshly made smoothies.

The commercial features a vibrant opening scene with the Seven-Eleven logo, followed by an energetic introduction by Karen Matsumoto. Members holding various smoothie flavors, such as Berry Berry Yogurt, Acai Banana, and Strawberry Milk, make their appearance against a colorful backdrop. The iconic phrase "Pura! Pura! Pura!" leads to the debut of the Seven Cafe Smoothie, with enthusiastic shouts of "We are Smoothie Zipper!" from the members.
