This year’s fair introduces three specially curated items representing renowned restaurants in Hokuriku. A highlight includes a collaboration with Jam House, a well-known Western-style restaurant in Fukui known for being one of the originators of the popular Borgal Rice dish. This unique dish features a light and flavorful combination of ketchup rice topped with a special tomato-based sauce, all for a price of 599 yen (tax included: 646 yen).

From Ishikawa Prefecture, the beloved Champion Curry presents its signature dish, the Chicken Katsu Curry, featuring a rich and thick curry roux that emphasizes the deep flavors of beef, combined with sweet and creamy sautéed onions, priced at 647 yen (tax included: 698 yen).

Additionally, fans of ramen can indulge in Toyama Iroha's Toyama Black Ramen. Known for its robust soy sauce flavor accented with black pepper, this dish comes with curly noodles and promises a deep umami experience at a price of 584 yen (tax included: 630 yen).

FamilyMart continues to build on its success from past promotions, where products based on local specialties from Hokuriku were launched in March 2024 and enjoyed a nationwide release by June of the same year.
