What is Japanese Stollen?

Japanese Stollen is a unique twist on the traditional German holiday bread. Crafted with Kimuraya's renowned sake yeast and a medley of Japanese ingredients, this year’s stollen includes an exquisite blend of persimmons, figs, sweet red bean paste, black beans, chestnuts, and kinako (roasted soybean flour).
