TVH Consulting Strengthens Leadership with Strategic Acquisitions
On September 10, 2025, TVH Consulting, a notable player in software integration and publishing in Europe, announced the acquisition of three companies that will significantly expand its capabilities and market reach. The acquisitions—Augusta Reeves, Olivia Sistemas, and BCSYS—are backed by 21 Invest France and its minority co-investors, representing a crucial step for TVH in reinforcing its leadership position in the enterprise software industry.
The three companies chosen for acquisition target specific areas within TVH's portfolio.
Augusta Reeves specializes in SAP S/4HANA Cloud integration in France and Switzerland, which aligns perfectly with TVH's goals in enhancing its collaboration with SAP. This move allows TVH to provide a comprehensive support framework, from implementing business processes to optimizing data management using SAP's advanced platforms. With a collective workforce of 150 consultants, Augusta Reeves also brings new expertise that is expected to significantly expand TVH's offerings around Business Technology Platforms and AI solutions.
Olivia Sistemas provides Microsoft Business Central ERP solutions in Spain, and its acquisition will see Olivia join forces with TVH’s subsidiary, Algoritmia, creating a united entity that boasts 130 employees and generates approximately 12 million euros in revenue. Meanwhile,
BCSYS, also an ERP provider for Microsoft Business Central in France, will further solidify TVH's presence in this domain. With BCSYS's integration, the number of Microsoft consultants at TVH surpasses 100, positioning the group as one of the top three Business Central ERP integrators in France.
These strategic acquisitions have a significant financial impact on TVH Consulting. Currently, the group generates over 110 million euros in revenue and employs more than 600 professionals across 11 agencies in France, Morocco, Spain, and now Switzerland and Madagascar. By diversifying its portfolio with these acquisitions, TVH aims to enhance its robustness in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, fine chemicals, construction, consulting, and engineering, thereby enabling tailored solutions for a wide array of clients.
Ahmed Mahcer, the president of TVH Consulting, described these acquisitions as pivotal, stating, "These acquisitions mark a key milestone in consolidating our historical position within the ERP sector and enhancing our geographical presence and offerings to better address our clients' digital transformation challenges.” His comments reflect the company's commitment to not only expand its market share but also to provide superior services to its clients.
Established in 2003, TVH Consulting has emerged as a crucial player in the European software integration and publishing sector, focusing on ERP, CRM, data/AI solutions, and cybersecurity. The firm has established strategic alliances with industry heavyweights such as Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, and Talend, ensuring its customers receive unparalleled experiences. Moreover, through its subsidiary Fidens, TVH also takes a leading role in cybersecurity solutions, an increasingly vital area in today’s digital landscape.
In summary, the recent acquisitions by TVH Consulting are set to fuel its growth and enhance its capabilities. The company is on a trajectory to reshape the ERP landscape in Europe, and with the integration of these three new entities, it stands poised to tackle the digital transformation demands of its clients effectively. The future looks promising for TVH as it continues to elevate its status in the industry, reinforcing its commitment to delivering innovative solutions and unparalleled service to its growing clientele.
