The Tokyo Monozukuri Future School, an initiative designed to support small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the eastern Tokyo area, recently marked the start of its second phase. Founded by the International Fashion Center, the program aims to enable local businesses to innovate their manufacturing processes and business models.
On July 24, 2023, the kickoff meeting for the second phase brought together key stakeholders including business owners and the program’s director, Yu Yamada. Over the next two years, participating companies will receive tailored support aimed at addressing their unique challenges while re-envisioning their business strategies.
