At the heart of this year's ceremony was the "Transformation Skill Generator," an interactive AI kiosk designed to provide new hires with an immersive technological experience.

What is the Transformation Skill Generator?

The "Transformation Skill Generator" operates like an arcade gaming machine, equipped with an AI camera and operational buttons. New employees can take a photo of themselves and input personal details about their skills and uniqueness. The AI then analyzes this information to generate a personalized character and skill name, producing a unique trading card for each participant. This initiative is part of the ADK Group's broader strategy to utilize AI both internally and externally, reflecting the values of the company, which promotes the idea that "Everyone is a Change-Maker."

The development of this feature was supported by the AI X Committee, a cross-organizational body within ADK that assesses and implements AI strategies. The interactive design of the kiosk drew inspiration from the enhanced version of the project "AI Resurrection Business Card Battle! Yoro Desu!" in collaboration with Pyramid Film Quadrant, allowing the AI X Committee and ADK Group's creators to contribute to the project creatively.

During the ceremony, Toshiya Ooyama, the CEO of ADK Holdings, addressed the attendees.
