With a successful track record, Chimney Co., Ltd., which operates popular izakayas like 'Hana no Mai' and 'Sakanaya Dojo,' recently opened its fourth location of 'Ryogoku Dashi Monja Monji' in the heart of Fukuoka. The restaurant's unique offerings stem from its exclusive fish broths developed with ties to the famous Ryogoku Sumo Hall.
