NAKED Meets Gaudi Exhibition in Tokyo

Tokyo is set to welcome an extraordinary event titled "NAKED Meets Gaudi" from January 10 to March 15, 2026, held at the Terada Warehouse G1 building. This exhibition, organized by the NAKED Meets Gaudi Production Committee, marks the centennial of the renowned architect Antoni Gaudí's passing. The exhibition coincides with the completion of the "Tower of Jesus" at the Sagrada Familia, making it a significant occasion for architecture and art enthusiasts.

A Sensory Exploration of Gaudi's World

In celebration of Gaudí's legacy, the exhibition will provide visitors with unique insights through a collection of valuable exhibits, showcasing the essence of Gaudí's architecture, art, and philosophy. The NAKED exhibition is well-known for its innovative presentations, aiming to engage visitors' five senses and broaden the experience beyond the confines of the exhibition space itself, integrating the urban environment and daily life.

To enhance the experience, NAKED is collaborating with Terada Warehouse and the Rinkai Line to create an immersive journey. The collaboration brings the world of Gaudí to life through various initiatives across the Tennozu area and nearby cafes.

Collaborations with Terada Warehouse

WHAT MUSEUM: Special Exhibit and Discounts

A key component of the collaboration involves the WHAT MUSEUM, a contemporary art and architecture museum located within Terada Warehouse. Here, visitors will find a special exhibition featuring a model of the elevated structure from Gaudí's Park Güell. To encourage attendance, visitors can present a ticket stub or QR code from the NAKED Meets Gaudi exhibition at the WHAT MUSEUM's reception for a discounted entry price of 500 yen. This special exhibit is scheduled from January 4 to March 1, 2026, and offers insights into Gaudí's architectural vision amidst an extensive collection of over 800 architectural models.

WHAT CAFE: Themed Menu Inspired by Gaudi

For lovers of culinary art, the WHAT CAFE will introduce four special menu items inspired by Gaudí's world. Each beverage ordered at the cafe will come with a unique clear coaster designed to reflect the stained glass of a grand cathedral, available while supplies last. This thematic menu will be offered from January 10, 2026, to March 15, 2026.

PETALS TOKYO: A Unique Accommodation Experience

For those looking to immerse themselves further, the waterfront art hotel “PETALS TOKYO,” just five minutes away from the exhibition venue, will offer a special accommodation package that includes exhibition tickets. This package will be available from December 11, 2025, until March 11, 2026, at prices starting from 78,000 yen for two guests.

Rinkai Line Campaign

To enhance the overall experience, a collaborative campaign with the Rinkai Line will reward exhibition attendees who present specific transportation passes, such as monthly passes or one-day tickets, at the reception with exclusive stickers. This initiative aims to integrate the journey with the exhibition itself, creating a seamless art experience within the urban transportation system.
