Punch Break: A Refreshing Escape at Sandbag Studio PAN
If you’re seeking a unique way to unwind during the day, look no further than
Punch Break, an innovative campaign at
Sandbag Studio PAN, located in Kanda Nishikicho. Opened in May, this studio aims to provide a casual and approachable environment where anyone can drop by to relieve stress through boxing.
What is Punch Break?
Punch Break invites patrons to take a brief respite from their daily routines and engage in stress-relieving boxing activities. The concept is simple and inviting: customers can collect a complimentary ticket at the front desk, allowing them to participate in
Punch Break at their convenience during business hours. Conveniently, reservations for the experience can also be made online through
Sandbag Studio PAN's website.
How to Enjoy Punch Break
Whether you’re on a break from work or just out for a casual stroll, here’s how to make the most of your
Punch Break experience:
1.
Arrive at your convenience. Visit whenever it suits you during your day—there’s no need to sign up in advance.
2.
Meet your trainer. Upon arrival, a friendly trainer will explain the program and equip you with boxing gloves.
3.
Practice with pads. Start with some light punches on the punch mitts guided by your trainer to get warmed up.
4.
Hit the bags. Next, move on to the sandbags for a more vigorous workout, releasing any pent-up energy.
5.
15 Minutes of Relief. After a quick 15-minute session, you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed!
