Koichi Oyama


Koichi Oyama leads the Sustainability Division at EY Strategy and Consulting. After obtaining an MBA from Keio University, he has been involved in supporting business strategies for major manufacturing firms and focusing on sustainability initiatives alongside the TCFD guidelines.

Mana Nakakura


Vice Chairman and Chief Credit Strategist at BNP Paribas Securities, Nakakura has extensive experience in credit analysis across various leading securities companies. Since 2018, she has spearheaded ESG analysis for the organization, enhancing the understanding of sustainability's impact in financial markets.

Hirokatsu Aoi
