BLUETTI Launches Innovative Integrated Balcony Solar Solutions in Paris
BLUETTI Unveils the Balco Series in Paris
On May 12, 2026, BLUETTI introduced a groundbreaking series of integrated balcony solar solutions in the heart of Paris. This innovative series, known as the Balco series, includes three models: Balco 260, Balco 500, and Balco Transfer Hub. Designed with modern living in mind, these products aim to make solar energy accessible, efficient, and user-friendly, particularly for urban residents.
Eco-Friendly and User-Friendly Design
The Balco series is characterized as simple, smart, and economical. The devices feature user-friendly installations, designed for quick and hassle-free setup. The Balco 260 and Balco 500 combine advanced components such as MPPT controllers, micro-inverters, batteries, and safety modules into a cohesive unit. This integration is further enhanced by the innovative Smart S Meter, which streamlines the setup process to make it ready for immediate use.
Moreover, the Balco series promotes interoperability through BLUETTI Space, which allows for the wireless connection of up to six Balco devices via Wi-Fi. The Balco 260 model can support the connection of up to five additional BC 260 expansion batteries, providing a total storage capacity of 15 kWh — a significant boost for homeowners looking to harness solar energy more effectively.
Intelligent Energy Management System
At the heart of the Balco series lies the AI Energy Management System (AI-EMS). This smart technology facilitates real-time synchronization of electricity prices, photovoltaic generation forecasts, and cloud data, enabling users to develop optimal energy consumption strategies. The system seamlessly integrates with BLUETTI Meter and external platforms such as Shelly, Everhome, and smart home systems including Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Home Assistant.
With an impressive efficiency rating of 96.11% and a standby power consumption of only 4.5W, this series empowers users to generate their own electricity, reducing reliance on the grid.
High Demand for Self-Consumption
The Balco 500 has the capability to achieve outputs of up to 11 kW and provide 15 kWh of backup power to an entire home by connecting up to three units in parallel to the household distribution panel. Meanwhile, the Balco 260 supports up to four MPPT channels with a total consumption of 2400W, while the Balco 500's high-voltage MPPT design (70-470 V) can absorb an impressive 4300W of solar energy. This ensures that high energy demands are met efficiently, enhancing the potential for energy independence.
Unlocking Existing Device Value
The Balco Transfer Hub is a networked controller that allows users to convert their portable power stations, including all BLUETTI products and other third-party offerings, into a connected balcony solar power system. By linking energy storage systems directly to home electrical circuits through a standard outlet, users can utilize up to 800W of output power compatible with the grid, maximizing the value derived from their existing appliances.
