The findings reveal strong sentiments from employers regarding their workforce, with 80% stating that their future depends on supporting current and future working mothers. The report also sheds light on the struggles faced by Gen Z mothers, with 62% considering leaving their positions post-pregnancy.

Interestingly, social media has become a significant resource for many working mothers. An impressive 83% of mothers utilize platforms to navigate their parenting and pregnancy experiences, with 23% of Gen Z moms relying on it as their primary source of information. However, there are commendable downsides, as a notable percentage—41%—indicated that social media has negatively influenced their mental health, causing them to challenge healthcare professionals' advice during pregnancy.
