His career began at Ernst & Young, where he honed his expertise over a decade in their M&A Advisory and Audit Assurance practices, building a strong financial foundation. Thomas is a certified CPA and a CFA charter holder, with an academic background that includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.
