Dr. Sarah Gray Takes on New Role at American Nurses Enterprise

On October 28, 2025, they revealed that Dr. Sarah E. Gray, a highly respected figure in the nursing community, will be stepping into the role of Senior Vice President for Nursing Impact. Dr. Gray is expected to commence her new duties on November 17, 2025.
Chief Nursing Officer Bradley Goettl expressed enthusiasm about this appointment, emphasizing that Dr. Gray is entering ANE at a critical juncture. Dr. Gray brings a rich background in nursing leadership to her new role. Previously, she had a distinguished tenure as the Chief Nursing Officer of Sigma, where she was instrumental in various transformational projects. At the 2025 Magnet Pathway Conference held in Atlanta, she was honored as the inaugural recipient of the Debbie Dawson Hatmaker Leadership Award™, further underscoring her impactful contributions to the nursing profession.
