ELITE Solar's 5 GW Solar Manufacturing Facility in Egypt

On January 26, 2026, ELITE Solar announced the inauguration of its new solar manufacturing facility in the Suez Canal Economic Zone, Egypt. The plant boasts a robust capacity of 5 GW, comprising 2 GW allocated for high-efficiency solar cells and 3 GW for solar modules. On January 23, prior to the official launch, ELITE Solar welcomed regional clients, strategic suppliers, and industry partners to witness the production lines for N-type solar cells and modules.
