Celebrating Three Years of Collaboration and Community at me:rise Tachikawa

On February 26, 2026, me:rise Tachikawa, a community-focused coworking space and incubation office, will commemorate its third anniversary with a special event entitled 3rd Anniversary THANKS DAY. Located just a four-minute walk from Tachikawa Station in the renovated former Tamashin Credit Union building, me:rise has quickly become a beloved venue for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and remote workers, fostering communication and innovation.

Since its opening in February 2023, me:rise has transformed into a dynamic space that not only provides workstations but also encourages collaboration and creativity among local community members. The upcoming anniversary event will spotlight the growth and contributions of both the venue and its patrons, while celebrating the unique flavor of the Tama area.

The 3rd Anniversary THANKS DAY, starting at 6:30 PM on February 26, will feature an engaging lineup of activities and experiences designed to highlight the charms of the Tama region. One of the highlights is a mini-talk by the popular local influencer, Tama no Kensaku-chan, who boasts over 50,000 Instagram followers. This session will showcase valuable insights about the area's hidden gems, enticing attendees with delicious and fun local discoveries.

Interactive Events

Participants will also have the chance to contribute to a community project dubbed the Tama Region Discovery MAP. Everyone is encouraged to share their favorite spots in the area, which will be compiled into a beautifully illustrated map available at me:rise. This initiative not only spotlights local favorites but also strengthens community ties and promotes collaborative creativity.

For those looking to unleash their creativity, me:rise is hosting an interactive experience to create custom T-shirts using personal photos and designs. Under the guidance of our skilled team, you can turn your cherished memories into unique merchandise. The ‘Mobati’ T-shirt creation will allow participants to craft a one-of-a-kind item in just six minutes!

A Taste of Tama

Additionally, the anniversary event aims to showcase local culinary delights. Three esteemed local businesses will provide diverse food offerings for attendees to enjoy:
1. Adams Awesome Pie from Tachikawa is renowned for its irresistible apple pies, sourced directly from their delightful bakery that has garnered significant media attention.
2. Chuka Okowa Fukuyama from Kunitachi specializes in traditional Chinese sticky rice, providing families with nutritious meals and comforting flavors.
3. N Hütte, a bakery from Fuchu, features a wide selection of over 40 varieties of bread, offering a cozy spot to relish freshly baked goods.
