DXC Technology Launches Its First Client Experience Center in the Philippines

DXC Technology's New Venture in the Philippines

On November 5, 2025, DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC), a prominent global technology service provider ranked among the Fortune 500, announced the opening of its first Client Experience Center in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This strategic investment is set to bolster the company’s presence in Asia by driving collaboration and enhancing AI innovation.

Purpose of the Center

The new Client Experience Center aims to elevate customer engagement while fostering collaboration among the 7,000 employees DXC employs in the Philippines. Located within the DXC Global Delivery Center, the facility is designed to serve as a co-creation hub for clients, partners, and DXC employees alike. It focuses on accelerating the provision of innovative, AI-driven solutions and supporting critical business applications, cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity services.

The center's establishment aligns with DXC's AI strategy, which recently saw the introduction of Xponential, a blueprint for next-generation AI orchestration. The facility features an AI incubation center dedicated to developing and deploying advanced solutions that integrate AI with traditional enterprise technology services. Additionally, it hosts an AI-focused security center, functioning around the clock as a pivotal hub for monitoring, detecting, and responding to potential security threats across DXC's global customer base.

Leadership Insights

Ramnath Venkataraman, President of Consulting and Engineering Services at DXC, emphasized the significance of the new center. He stated, "This center leverages the extraordinary talent available in the Philippines and our clients' growing focus on AI-powered solutions. It serves as a strategic innovation engine for DXC, showcasing how we collaborate with global customers to lead transformations and tackle tomorrow's challenges."

As part of the official center opening, DXC collaborated with Baby and Moms PH to donate refurbished laptops to students at the Industrial Valley Complex (IVC) in Marikina City. This donation is part of the DXC Digital Futures Program, which aims to facilitate access to technology, education, and employment for thousands of students.

Jack Madrid, President and CEO of the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines, commended the continuous growth of DXC's operations in the region. He remarked, "The commitment to ongoing training of the Philippine workforce in transformative technologies like agent-based AI is crucial for the Philippines' sustained success as an IT-BPM hub. We thank DXC for its dedication and for establishing the Philippines as a capital for digital customer experience."

DXC's Long-standing Presence in the Philippines

DXC has been a significant player in the Philippines for decades, providing support to clients across various sectors, including consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, insurance, banking, automotive, and the public sector. The establishment of the Client Experience Center further solidifies DXC's commitment to fostering talent, innovation, and client success within the nation.

The new headquarters also complements the recent openings of DXC's facilities in Detroit, Halifax, and Buenos Aires, alongside enhancing its AI competence center located in Warsaw. For more information on DXC Technology, visit www.dxc.com.
