Purpose of the Relocation

Since our establishment, Ota Care has provided home nursing and rehabilitation services, capped by strong support from our community. As we strive for a more robust service framework and enhanced local collaboration, relocating to a new facility that offers better accessibility and functionality has become necessary. Our commitment remains steadfast: we aim to be a community-focused station that provides safe and reassuring care to all our clients.

New Office Location

Our new office will be located at:

Access:

• - Approximately 1 minute on foot from 'Kugahara' Station on the Tokyu Ikegami Line
• - Approximately 12 minutes on foot from 'Unonoki' Station on the Tokyu Tamagawa Line

Relocation Date

We will officially move into our new office on January 9, 2026 (Friday). Please note, our telephone and fax numbers will remain unchanged.

New Structure and Future Outlook

At our new location, we aim to facilitate smoother care delivery and reinforce coordination among staff. This will enhance our service framework designed to support our clients' home life. We will also focus on recruiting new staff and establishing branch offices to solidify our operational base further.
