Zoomlion Unveils Robot Ops at Hannover Messe 2026, Showcasing Smart Manufacturing and AI Capabilities

Zoomlion Brings Robot Ops to Hannover Messe 2026

The Hannover Messe 2026 has become the stage for groundbreaking innovation as Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. graced the event with the world premiere of its state-of-the-art embodiment intelligence system, known as Robot Ops. This pivotal showcase took place from April 20 to 24 and highlighted the company's advancements in robotic operating systems tailored for industrial applications.

Showcasing Advanced Capabilities

At the event, Zoomlion unveiled not only Robot Ops but also its impressive solutions concerning industrial AI and intelligent manufacturing (IM). Emphasizing practical applications through live demonstrations and specialized presentations, the company illustrated its commitment to pioneering developments within the field of embodied intelligence platforms.

Robot Ops stands as a professional development platform specifically crafted for the software 3.0 era. It integrates critical engineering concepts surrounding data, software, and agents within a holistic solution aimed at software, data, and intelligent agents. The innovative platform comprises four essential modules: core tools, imitation learning, reinforcement learning, and task orchestration. Together, these elements encapsulate the entire lifecycle management — from data collection and model training to simulation verification, application development, and deployment maintenance.

Zoomlion's Robot Ops significantly boosts closed-loop iteration efficiency by over 50%, addressing four critical industrial challenges: large technical hurdles, scenario migration difficulties, data bottlenecks, and a lack of lifecycle management. With a standardized and reproducible engineering methodology, Robot Ops can be seamlessly adapted across various robotic formats, including humanoid and industrial robots, construction machines, and autonomous driving systems.

Dynamic Demonstrations at Hannover

Throughout the Hannover Messe, Zoomlion offered engaging live showcases within the unified programming of Robot Ops. Notably, demonstrations involved a wheeled humanoid robot and a mobile logistics robot collaborating in a scenario focused on logistics sorting. Additionally, Z1, the first-generation mass-produced humanoid robot, performed an orchestration of a dance number alongside its dynamic motion control abilities. This vibrant presentation encapsulated how Robot Ops effectively connects algorithms, task orchestration, and on-site execution, offering insights into the operational environment.

Zoomlion extended its exhibition by presenting comprehensive solutions aligned with Industry 5.0 management practices, including an overview of its smart industrial city concept. The showcase provided a detailed illustration of how digital technologies, such as intelligent planning, industrial AI, digital twins, and end-to-end smart logistics are deeply integrated into manufacturing processes, thereby revolutionizing operational frameworks.

Zoomlion's exhibits can be explored at Booth D76 in Hall 15 and Booth D70 in Hall 11 within the China Pavilion. The company is also co-exhibiting alongside Amazon Web Services (AWS) and actively participated in the launch ceremony for the
