In this role, he was responsible for managing the Affinity, Financial Lines, and Healthcare business units. He has also made his mark as a Vice President at Chubb Group, where he oversaw a hefty $3.5 billion book of business in the North America Financial Lines segment.

Goldman's expertise in retail distribution and deep knowledge of the wholesale environment will be crucial for Ascot as it seeks to enhance its global market presence.
