The special blend sake "Edosai" has officially launched in collaboration with TOKYO SAKE BASE, a lifestyle brand operating under Vesper Corporation located in Chuo, Tokyo. This new sake will be showcased at two pop-up events: from February 11 to 17, 2026, at the Kitasenju Marui and from February 25 to March 3, 2026, at the Ebina Marui. During these events, visitors can taste a diverse selection of sake curated by TOKYO SAKE BASE, including Edosai. In addition to bottle sales, some selections will be available by the glass, allowing attendees to enjoy a more approachable tasting experience.

Edosai is a distinct sake born from the collaboration of two historic breweries: Matsuoka Brewing Co., with over 130 years of history in Saitama (known for the brand "Teimatsu"), and Konda Sake Brewing Co., which has been operational since the Edo period (known for the brand "Naomitsu"). This unique blend combines Matsuoka’s robust and well-structured sake made from water sourced from the Chichibu mountain range with Konda’s softer, fuller flavor profile nurtured by the local Kumagaya environment.
