This year's focus also extends to the implications of human resource investments, digital transformation (DX), reskilling, and remote work on engagement levels.

Despite the growing number of companies adopting employee surveys, many struggle with executing effective improvement strategies afterward. This webinar seeks to address these challenges and will feature Keiji Matsuoka, the author of the book "Enhancing Engagement in Companies" and a survey developer. He will provide insights on what actions organizations should take moving forward to improve employee engagement.
