Gulliver Car Dealerships to Open in 2026

The new year of 2026 will witness a significant expansion of the Gulliver brand, as four major dealerships will launch across Japan. IDOM Co., Ltd., headquartered in Marunouchi, Tokyo, has announced that it will open its newest Gulliver locations in Tohoku, Osaka, Nara, and Yamaguchi during the first few days of January.

Feature Highlights of the Stores

Gulliver Sendai-Tomiya Store

Located in Tomiya, a suburban area experiencing population growth, this dealership is poised to serve families with children. It will showcase approximately 250 cars on an expansive site of 4,509 tsubo (approx. 15,000 square meters). This store aims to support the automotive needs of both Tomiya residents and those from the northern and northwestern regions of Sendai. This marks the second large store opening in Miyagi Prefecture after the Gulliver Sendai-Rifu Store, which debuted in March 2025.

Gulliver Izumi-Hokuto Store

In Sakai, Osaka Prefecture, the Gulliver Izumi-Hokuto Store will be a remarkable addition with a vast area of 4,478 tsubo and a stock capacity of around 260 vehicles. Positioned by the main highway, the store will provide easy access for customers. This opening represents the third new store in the prefecture after launches in Hirakata and Ibaraki in 2025, establishing a hub for used car selection in Osaka's southern region.

Gulliver Nara Store

Situated in Nara City near Nishinokyo Station, this dealership will display around 230 cars on its 3,321 tsubo site. With future infrastructure developments including a new highway interchange and JR station, this area is set for growth, and the dealership intends to create a reliable environment for customers to choose their vehicles.

Gulliver Yamaguchi Store

This large establishment in Yamaguchi City will feature approximately 230 cars on a 3,665 tsubo site, providing favorable access from the city center via Route 61. The store's proximity to several shopping malls makes it an inviting stop for families and shoppers. The previous Gulliver Yamaguchi Store will now be renamed to Gulliver Yamaguchi Inter Store while continuing to serve customers alongside the new location.
