This summer, Kichijoji Excel Hotel Tokyu is bringing a refreshing twist to your dining experience with the new "Steak Salad," available for a limited time. Scheduled from July 7 to August 31, this dish is crafted especially for those hot days when you still crave something hearty yet refreshing.

A Perfect Summer Dish

The concept behind the "Steak Salad" revolves around the saying, "Summer calls for steak!" Combining the satisfying flavors of steak with an abundance of fresh vegetables, this dish is designed to offer a light yet fulfilling meal. The salad is beautifully plated with a variety of colorful vegetables, ensuring not only a delicious bite but also a feast for the eyes.

Available as an à la carte offering, the Steak Salad can also be enjoyed with an optional buffet at an additional cost. The buffet features the "Power Salad" corner, which allows guests to mix and match from 21 different ingredients. Whether you like veggies, fruits, or proteins, you can create your own unique salad masterpiece.

Here’s a glimpse of what to expect at the casual buffet:

• - 21 types of ingredients including: steamed chicken, egg salad, pasta salad, carrot salad, pumpkin salad, tomatoes, corn, cucumbers, broccoli, sliced onions, marinated purple daikon, beets, red and yellow peppers, mixed beans, avocado, tabbouleh made with lentils and barley, sweet potatoes, and various fruits and toppings.
• - Hot dishes such as: today’s special, Sorai-style pilaf, onion curry, steamed rice, pasta of the day, fried chicken, French fries, and soup of the day.
• - A selection of desserts, breads, and soft drinks.

This deliciously varied selection ensures that whether you want a light charge or something more decadent, there's something for everyone—making it ideal for a casual lunch or a family dinner.

• - Availability: July 7 (Tuesday) to August 31 (Monday), available Monday to Friday.

- Exclusion Days: Wednesdays, and dinner time between July 24 (Friday) to August 7 (Friday).

• - Location: Lounge & Dining SORAE, 2nd Floor, Kichijoji Excel Hotel Tokyu
• - Serving Hours: Lunch from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Dinner from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM (Last Order at 8:30 PM).
• - Pricing:

- À la carte (includes soup, rice or bread): ¥2,900.
- Casual buffet inclusive: ¥4,900 (90-minute limit).
