About 'DOMINISTA CHALLENGE'

Introduced in 2019 across various hotels nationwide, the 'DOMINISTA CHALLENGE' program is designed for junior high and senior high school students. Background and Future Prospects of the Program

As we navigate an era of uncertainty in society and the economy, providing career education that offers insights into the meaning of work is increasingly vital. Amid the challenges posed by a declining population, there is also a pressing need for individuals who have a strong connection to their communities and are proactive in addressing local issues.

Kyoritsu Maintenance aims to facilitate experiences that instill empathy and joy in work among children, nurturing a sense of attachment to their communities. By doing so, the program aspires to inspire young people to think about the future of their local societies and encourage them to act in meaningful ways.
