How to Register:

1. Application Method: Registration is available online. Individuals or groups may register once. Download the form from the Tokyo Aquatics Center website and register on the application site when it goes live.
2. Application Period: From July 7, 2025, at 10:00 until July 25, 2025, at 17:00. Registration will close once entries reach 3,500.
3. Form Submission: For individuals, up to 4 events can be entered (2 swimming and 2 fin events). Relay entries must be accompanied by individual entries (2 teams per category). Accuracy in form submission is crucial to avoid disqualification.
4. Entry Details: Entry details will be disclosed after August 6, 2025, on the Tokyo Swimming Federation website.
5. Payment: Participation fees are due by August 13, 2025, and are non-refundable.
6. Additional Notes: Further event details, including schedules and instructions, will be provided two weeks before the event on the official website.
