Introduction of the Symphony One Platform
Fablica Communications, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fablica Holdings, announces the launch of the
Symphony One Platform (symphonyワンプラ®︎) on
April 23, 2026. Based in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, the company aims to facilitate online transactions for used cars between dealers through an innovative platform.
An Overview of Symphony One Platform
This platform allows car dealerships across Japan to share their inventory and conduct wholesale transactions online. Importantly, it offers a
completely free model with no upfront fees, annual dues, or monthly charges. Users need to pay only a nominal fee upon successful transactions, making it an affordable option for expanding one's sales channels and improving inventory turnover rates.
Key Features of Symphony One Platform
1.
Cost-effective Transaction Model:
The platform features a low-fee structure to streamline wholesale transactions. For platinum members already using the company’s sales management system, listing fees are waived, while sales success incurs a fee of 10,000 yen, and the winning bid fee is set at 12,000 yen (excluding tax). This pricing strategy aims to bolster year-round cost efficiency for its users.
2.
Flexibility in Vehicle Pickup:
One major advantage is the absence of designated transport companies, which often limit traditional wholesale transactions. Users can either choose to pick up vehicles themselves on the same day of the auction or manage their own logistics more flexibly, allowing for optimization of shipping costs and delivery schedules.
3.
Access to Extensive Shared Inventory:
The platform boasts an impressive inventory of
over 70,000 vehicles from various dealers, providing opportunities for dealerships to engage in sales without holding physical stock. This shared inventory empowers dealers to meet customer demands effectively, even reaching international markets through export platforms.
Rollout Timeline and Access
The Symphony One Platform will be launched in phases:
- - Phase 1: Starting April 23, 2026, access will be granted to platinum members using existing sales management systems, ensuring a seamless integration with current operations.
- - Phase 2: Starting May 2026 (planned), registered entries from new dealers will begin receiving access to the platform.
- - Phase 3: Following completion of application procedures, full access will be opened to all automotive dealerships.
