Starting from Friday, May 30th, this new steak, alongside other delectable options including the thick, crispy fried bonito, will be available at all 140 locations across Japan.
A New Standard of Steak Quality
The new Prime Grade Chuck Roast Steak is a remarkable offering that elevates the dining experience. Its well-balanced combination of lean meat and marbling provides a succulent and robust flavor, making each bite a gastronomic delight. With only about 8% of American beef qualifying for Prime Grade, this steak promises a unique and intense flavor that will satisfy even the most discerning palates.
In addition to the Prime Grade Chuck Roast, customers can still enjoy the previously popular Charbroiled US Black Angus Cut Steak, which is sourced from a rare part of the Angus breed, with only three out of every ten cattle meeting the certification for this high-quality cut. This charbroiled steak balances rich fat and flavorful meat, offering a delightful dining experience that's both satisfying and refreshing.
Both the new steaks come with the option to pair them with the renowned Bronco Grandpa's 100% beef charbroiled hamburger, ensuring a filling and delightful meal.
A Returning Favorite: Crispy Fried Bonito
Adding to the allure of the new menu, Bronco Billy will also bring back the highly sought-after crispy fried bonito, sourced from Nagasaki Prefecture. Customers can enjoy this crispy treat either as part of a combo with the hamburger or as a luxurious topping on the steak. This fish and meat combination offers a delicious way to boost energy and enjoy a hearty meal!
