It will also cover how to advance a diverse workplace by working collaboratively with employees.

Yusuke Inoguchi brings nearly 20 years of experience in the industry, having worked on launching media outlets for the Tokyo area and actively delivering career seminars across numerous educational institutions.

2. Industry Resilience - Ensuring Restaurants Don’t Fail

Led by a panel from A2T, including COO Takeshi Oba, this session will reveal the structural pitfalls that plague the food industry and introduce the concept of 'dining concierges'. Participants will engage in discussions examining the new comprehensive support model designed to ensure restaurant success, along with an interactive Q&A segment for individual consultations.

This talk, featuring Yuna O, head of the Producer Support Group at Yamato Transport, will tackle how the challenges faced by producers correspond to broader food industry issues. Discover how to leverage superior logistics quality and market design to turn dedication into profitable business practices, exemplified through the Yamato Food Market initiative.

With a decade at Yamato Transport, Yuna has been pivotal in launching an e-commerce delivery service and a food marketplace that connects producers directly to consumers.
