The vibrant city of Machida will host the exciting Machida Sports Festival 2025 on January 24, 2026, from 10 AM to 4 PM at the Machida GION Stadium located within Nozuta Park. This event is a fantastic opportunity for children, parents, and sports enthusiasts to engage in various athletic activities alongside top athletes, including guest star Yuki Joseph Nakajima, the representative for the 400m event at the 2025 World Athletics Championships.

Event Highlights

- Location: Machida GION Stadium, Nozuta Park (2035 Nozuta-cho, Machida City)
- Participants: The festival is tailored for elementary and middle school students residing in or attending school in Machida, along with their guardians.
- Participation Fee: Just ¥500 per participant (elementary school students and older), while preschoolers can join for free. Please note that parking will incur a separate fee.
