Ginza Loft is set to delight coffee enthusiasts and cultural explorers alike with the upcoming
Hibaraiya Pop-Up Café, which will run from
January 7th to 28th, 2026. This event marks the ninth iteration of this beloved series, showcasing the renowned
Hibaraiya Coffee Stand from Naha, Okinawa. Visitors will be treated to a diverse menu, highlighting not only classic hand-dripped coffee but also several exciting new beverages that encapsulate the essence of Okinawa.
A Taste of Okinawa
The pop-up café will feature
ten distinct menu items, including the popular hand-dripped coffee priced at
630 yen and a rich, deep-roasted iced coffee available for
600 yen. The star attractions include
newly introduced items like the
Shikuwasa Soda and the
Matcha Brown Sugar Milk.
- - The Shikuwasa Soda, priced at 600 yen, is a refreshing drink made from 100% Okinawan shikuwasa juice, offering a vibrant citrus flavor.
- - The Matcha Brown Sugar Milk, available for 800 yen, combines Uji matcha from Kyoto with brown sugar from Tarama Island, resulting in a delightful balance of flavors.
In addition to these beverages, the café will also offer a creative
Mango Milk Coffee Float (880 yen) that incorporates ice cream from a local eatery in Naha, melding sweetness with the richness of coffee.
Weekend Specials
To enhance the café experience, Ginza Loft will feature special food offerings on weekends. These include:

Afternoon Coffee Set (860 yen) available from January 10th to 12th, which comes with an assortment of cookies from a bakery in Yomitan Village.

Event Logistics
The pop-up café will be located on the
fourth floor of Ginza Loft, with operating hours varying on weekdays and weekends. The café will be open from
12:30 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and from
12:30 PM to 7:00 PM on weekends and holidays. Note that the café will be closed on select dates including
January 13th, 14th, 21st, 22nd, and 26th, so plan your visit accordingly.
