Hakodate Robatayaki Shigezo is renowned for its commitment to using only the freshest seafood, including squid and excellent local meat sourced straight from Hokkaido. The must-try dish, "Pork Bowl," consists of fragrant grilled pork marinated in a secret homemade sauce, served over piping hot rice—a true representation of Hokkaido's culinary greatness. Alongside this, guests can also enjoy other local favorites such as charcoal-grilled Shiretoko chicken and Hokkaido's famous "Zangi" (fried chicken).
