1. Masashi Ayano (CEO, Groovement)
After working with Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting and Field Management, Ayano focused on marketing strategies and new business development in the B2C sector. In 2021, he founded Groovement, launching the freelancer consultant matching service "Strategy Consultant Bank."
2. Ryoichi Takakura (Director, Groovement)
Takakura, a graduate of Sophia University with a degree in economics, has a background in business strategy and operational support roles at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting and Nomura Research Institute before joining Groovement.
3. Yasuhiro Suzuki (President, Digital Shift Wave)
With experience in Fujitsu as a Systems Engineer and roles at SoftBank in sales and new business ventures, Suzuki founded Digital Shift Wave in 2017. He simultaneously holds multiple leadership roles within the industry.
