The award for outstanding fiscal modernization was bestowed upon the City of Killeen, Texas, which successfully unified its finance and procurement operations under a new ERP system, vastly improving its budget process efficiency.

Not to be overlooked, the City of Miami, Florida, accelerated FEMA reporting efforts, securing early disaster funding, evidencing the critical role of effective asset management in public safety and resource allocation.
