TerraPower and Meta Join Forces for Advanced Nuclear Development



In a significant move towards sustainable energy, TerraPower, a prominent nuclear innovation company, has partnered with Meta to develop eight Natrium reactor plants. The Natrium Technology

Each Natrium reactor is designed to generate 345 megawatts (MW) of baseload power, which can be increased to 500 MW for extended periods through an integrated energy storage system. Meta’s Commitment


Urvi Parekh, Meta's director of global energy, expressed confidence that this collaboration will bolster innovative energy solutions capable of delivering consistent and clean power.
