Meet the Speaker

We are honored to have Yoshimasa Tamura as our featured instructor. With a storied career starting in 1985 as a part of the Ministry of Transport (now the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism), he brings vast experience in various sectors including shipping, aviation, and advanced science technology. Tamura has played a critical role in introducing groundbreaking safety systems for maritime distress management that have transformed the industry since the Titanic disaster.

In addition to his role at TAC, he has held management positions at several ministries including the Science and Technology Agency and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and has been integral in developing technical policies and human resource strategies for national civil servants.
