On June 9, 2025, the members of Teamsters Local 631 at Saint-Gobain CertainTeed Gypsum in Blue Diamond, Nevada, celebrated a significant milestone as they ratified a new labor agreement, effectively ending a three-week-long strike. The negotiations culminated in an overwhelming approval of a groundbreaking three-year contract that promises substantial benefits for the approximately 70 workers involved.

The new contract is notable for its commitment to wage increases, which can reach up to 15% over its duration.
