What is Kaiju Tai-Sou?

"Kaiju Tai-Sou, hajimeru yo!" (Let's start the Kaiju exercise!) This fun exercise routine is set to the theme song "Gao Gao Gao" by Rosie Chronicle. With choreography created by Sawada Sports Club, an organization dedicated to promoting movement and activity in communities across Tokyo, this routine incorporates large, easy-to-follow movements suitable for young kids who may not yet be ready for more advanced dance sequences.
