University-Industry Collaboration Project Final Presentation
On July 15, 2026, Keio Agency held the final presentation for its collaboration project with the Tokyo International University, held at their campus in Shinjuku. This initiative was focused on revitalizing the area around the Shinjuku station using Digital Out-Of-Home Advertising (DOOH). Students from the university spent four months creating and refining proposals, with three teams selected to present at the conference that featured a total of 14 teams and around 80 students.
Project Overview
Since the orientation began in April 2026, students engaged in field research in Shinjuku, conducting prototype tests while receiving academic guidance from university staff and practical feedback from Keio Agency concerning feasibility and appropriateness, which allowed them to hone their ideas. These efforts culminated in a final presentation where all participating teams showcased their hard work. This collaboration provided students with unique insights into local challenges and opportunities through the lens of DOOH technology.
