Rajan brings over 15 years of extensive experience in enhancing revenue, profitability, and market expansion across global industrial landscapes. His previous role as Chief Commercial Officer at MOGAS Industries saw him implement strategies that resulted in unprecedented financial growth, achieving a sixfold increase in net income. Under his leadership, MOGAS successfully navigated a $305 million strategic sale, showcasing his capability in driving business success through effective commercial and operational strategies.

Known for his visionary leadership, Rajan has a proven track record in establishing high-performance teams and effective market-entry frameworks across North America, Europe, APAC, and Latin America. He has adeptly developed value-based pricing models, revitalized sales efforts, and engineered modular product businesses to cater to evolving customer needs. Prior to his time at MOGAS, Rajan led global marketing and product management at Shawcor Composite Production Systems, managing a diverse portfolio worth over $150 million.
