Trico Hair Lab Grants Employees Special Days Off for Expo Experience

Special Leave for Expo Participation

In a remarkable initiative, Trico Hair Lab, part of the Alotta Group, has introduced a special leave policy for all employees to encourage them to attend the Japan International World Expo in Osaka. This initiative offers two additional days off for every employee who works at least 30 hours a week, highlighting the company's commitment to fostering inspiration and motivation through cultural engagement.

This policy operates under the name “2025 Japan International Expo Special Leave” or “Expo Leave,” and is applicable to all full-time employees and qualifying part-time employees. The leave can be taken during the Expo period, which runs from July 16, 2025, to October 13, 2025, distinct from the employees’ traditional annual paid leave. Trico envisions that this experience will enrich employees’ insights into Japan's culture and technological advances, ultimately enhancing their work enthusiasm.

Trico Hair Lab’s decision to grant this special leave is rooted in the desire to provide a refreshing break for employees during the summer vacation season. By allowing them to attend such a significant event, the company aims to improve work-life balance and foster a more comfortable working environment.
