Great American Media has officially announced that the beloved narrative from #1 New York Times bestselling author Karen Kingsbury, titled The Christmas Ring, will make its much-anticipated debut this November. This film adaptation boasts an ensemble cast featuring notable names such as Jana Kramer, Benjamin Hollingsworth, the esteemed Kelsey Grammer, along with Megan Ashley Brown and Jessie James Decker. Audiences can catch the film for the first time on Great American Pure Flix on November 5, followed by its airing on Great American Family and GFAM+ on November 7 at 8 PM ET.

The Christmas Ring revolves around the poignant story of Vanessa Mayfield, portrayed by Jana Kramer. Vanessa is a military widow who has spent years searching for an heirloom—a precious gold-and-ruby Christmas ring originally discovered by her great-grandfather during D-Day in Normandy. This cherished family treasure, passed down through generations, was lost due to circumstances entangled in her past. Her quest takes a thoughtful turn when she encounters Benjamin Miller, played by Hollingsworth, who is a widowed antiques dealer with a unique understanding of loss. Their relationship gradually shifts from mere friendship to something resembling a second chance at love.

As Christmas approaches, Vanessa prepares for her annual military Christmas dance while awaiting the return of her college-aged daughter, Sadie, skillfully portrayed by Megan Ashley Brown, who remains unaware of Benjamin's presence in her mother’s life. In a twist of fate, Benjamin's father, Howard Miller, played by Kelsey Grammer, unknowingly acquires Vanessa’s missing ring among a collection of antiques. Unaware of the sentimental value, Howard plans to sell the ring, leading Benjamin to a race against time to retrieve the precious heirloom for Vanessa.
