INTCO Medical Recognized in S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2025 for ESG Progress

This recognition follows the publication of INTCO Medical’s 2025 ESG report, detailing the significant steps the company has taken towards environmentally friendly manufacturing, employee development, community engagement, and transparency in governance. According to their ESG report, carbon emissions per glove decreased by 11.14% from the previous year, settling at 18.14 grams of CO₂ equivalent. In addition, water consumption per glove experienced a 6.88% reduction, reaching 0.20 liters. The company also produced 12,537.23 MWh of renewable energy from solar and wind sources, contributing to enhanced energy efficiency and clean energy usage within its production framework.

In 2025, women represented 58% of its 12,941 employees, with 35% in management roles and 56% in senior management. Moreover, employee training participation reached an impressive 100%, averaging 31.55 hours per employee.
