Spanning approximately 12,000 square meters, the Shenzhen production facility is intricately designed to support a fully integrated manufacturing process. It encompasses every phase from incoming material inspections and component assembly testing to final assembly, end-of-line testing, mass shipment, and after-sales maintenance. This streamlined operation allows a T800 robot to be produced every 15 minutes, a remarkable feat of efficiency and precision.
"From our initial prototype in 2024 to the small-scale production of hundreds of PM01 units last year, we are now transitioning into a new era of industrialization and commercialization with capacities set to exceed 10,000 units," said Zhao Tongyang, the founder and CEO of EngineAI.
