Crafted with white chocolate, the egg is intriguingly filled with luscious Skyberry strawberries, known for their perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. Alongside these ripe, juicy strawberries, the dessert features a light cream called "crème d'Ange" and a refreshing strawberry sorbet. The entire dish invites diners to break open the egg and enjoy it with crispy kadayif, resembling a bird’s nest, for a delightful texture contrast.

The Skyberry dessert is available for an additional ¥1,500 when ordered as part of the restaurant’s lunch or dinner prefix courses, which range from ¥8,000 to ¥13,800 (tax included, service charge is 10% extra). Note that the ¥8,000 course is exclusive to lunch service. The hours of operation are from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM for lunch, closing at 3:00 PM, and for dinner from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM, closing at 10:00 PM.
