Zoomlion Starts 2025 Strong by Delivering Over 10,000 Construction Units Valued at $782 Million

A Significant Delivery for Zoomlion in 2025

On February 7, 2025, Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd., a prominent player in the construction machinery sector, executed an impressive delivery event from its Smart Industrial City based in Changsha, China. During this auspicious occasion, the company dispatched over 10,000 units of construction equipment, collectively valued at approximately 5.7 billion yuan (around US$782 million).

This considerable undertaking underscores Zoomlion's commitment to proficiently enhancing its global presence in the construction machinery industry. 850 cranes were dispatched as part of the Hoisting Machinery Business Unit, marking an impressive total value of 1.8 billion yuan (approximately US$246.96 million). Among these cranes was the innovative world's largest 4,000-ton all-terrain crane, a milestone achievement, legally operable on public roads which is slated for use in a wind power installation project in Shaanxi Province.

Additionally, the Concrete Machinery Business Unit delivered over 1,200 units valued at one billion yuan (around US$137 million). This delivery included advanced models such as the five-bridge, 73-meter lightweight concrete pump, the longest boom in its category globally, and various models of mixer trucks and pump trucks. These machines are on their way to important construction sites throughout China and are also set for shipment to international markets including Australia, Nigeria, Mexico, Brazil, and Peru.

The Earthmoving and Mining Machinery segment also contributed to this remarkable event, with over 1,300 units shipped, valued at 900 million yuan (approximately US$123.48 million). This shipment involved robust machines such as the 38-ton excavators and the pioneering 100-ton wide-body mining dump truck known as the ZT160HEV, which will be utilized at various mining and construction locations worldwide.

Moreover, the Aerial Work Platform (AWP) Business Unit dispatched over 1,100 units valued at nearly 300 million yuan (about US$41.16 million), encompassing scissor lifts, straight booms, and articulated boom lifts. This equipment is destined for various international markets.

The commitment to global business can be seen in the tower crane intelligent factory's contribution of tower cranes and construction hoists, valued at 700 million yuan (around US$96.04 million), with an impressive 70% of these orders coming from overseas clients, reflecting the growing global demand for Zoomlion's offerings.

Moreover, Zoomlion’s diverse production lines, which include foundation construction machinery, emergency equipment, and agricultural machinery, also fulfilled orders for various products reaching customers both domestically and globally.
