We are excited to adopt Veeva Vault CRM as the optimal platform to achieve this vision."

It is built on the same Vault Platform that includes Veeva's Development Cloud, Quality Cloud, and PromoMats. This enables the system to address diverse operational requirements and adapt to changing business needs and compliance demands of various countries.

Launched in 2024, Vault CRM is already being utilized by over 100 companies globally, showcasing its effectiveness and reputation within the industry. Vault CRM serves as part of the 'Vault CRM Suite,' connecting teams across sales, marketing, and medical affairs to foster a customer-centric model and facilitate more effective commercial activities. Additionally, Veeva AI's various agents, such as the Pre-call Agent and Voice Agent, are set to significantly enhance productivity in the field.
