About Marugen Ramen

Marugen Ramen is renowned for its signature dish, the Aged Soy Sauce Ramen with Meat Noodles. Each bowl is crafted with care, featuring a homemade, high-hydration noodle that complements the rich, savory pork broth cooked in small batches upon order. The broth is a perfect blend of three types of aged soy sauce, ensuring a remarkable harmony of flavors that sets Marugen apart. Besides the standard ramen offerings, variations like Ajitama Meat Noodles and Spicy Meat Noodles have also gained popularity.

In addition to its main dishes, Marugen boasts an impressive array of side menu items including Marugen Gyoza, Iron Plate Fried Rice, and delicious fried chicken. To round off your meal, the Cup Soft Vanilla is a popular choice among diners. With ample parking and a spacious, welcoming atmosphere featuring counter seats, tables, and traditional Japanese-style seating, Marugen Ramen is an ideal setting for everyone, from solo diners to families with children.
